Hockey Club Riva was born on the 25th of August 1971, taking inspiration from a great national final match that had been played that spring on the pitch in Benacense.
Since the early start, the club encouraged participation in many tournaments in Italy and Europe with the wish of giving the opportunity to know and compare many other realities and hockey styles. The management was eager for organizing different tournament at Riva del Garda where mainly German and Austrian teams participated, largely persuaded by the beauty of Trentino and the lake.
Limonta Sport has just delivered to the Club the new Hockey Field featuring its Newgrass MF10 hockey: an excellent new frame where the next 2-3-4 June the third edition of the Bee Happy International Tournament, reserved for youth categories only, will be held.
Considered by Italian Hockey Federation the most important youth event in Italy, the contest want to promote together with sport, the city and the surrounding areas too!
